This is the third version of this page, and the other two are gone now. Lost in the ether. Thankfully so, as, were they still around, all they'd show is how little staying power I've traditionally had with exercise.
This time will be different though. Definitely. Honestly. I promise.
I'm taking up the hundred pushups challenge! And also two other related challenges: two hundred situps and two hundred squats.
I'll be updating how I'm getting on with the challenges below, and there's an occasionally-updated blog to the right.
